Friko , over there in the British Isles, seems to frequent a
blog site stateside, called
LIFE AT WILLOW MANOR
The mistress is simply called "Willow". She ramrods
a poetry writing workshop which I may join; kind of
a nice book end to APPLEHOUSE POETRY WORKSHOP
where I frequent.
On Willow's profile she wrote some fetching prose:
I adore the scent of old paper in second hand bookshops, the dance of words on a page, gathering odd things like a magpie, fresh flowers, woolly socks, keeping company with art, the thrill of film and concocting an occasional culinary delight for the people I love. "Mrs. Dalloway said she would buy the flowers herself." ~~ Virginia Woolf
There seems to be no end to the pleasant surprises,
and beautiful strangers one encounters on their
daily foray into the mists of cyber.
