Missing Person
Each time of his return
to where the crime took place,
his words have failed to burn.
He's an unforgotten face.
Each time, the same question,
the lifeless weight of doubt
that triggers a suggestion
time has written out.
Each time, feet just off the ground,
the eyes betray his pain.
He who has remained unfound,
above the scorched terrain.
