Earth Heart Tao
A VISITOR OR INTRUDER OR ENEMY OF LIFE
A pudgy man wearing white shorts
came in a white van to visit me.
He with great confidence and self-assurance
talked about his belief in cosmic flows,
occult wisdom, purification rituals,
psychics, Tarot cards.
Finally, a bluejay in a cedar
made a noise.
It was a joy
to hear something real..
I think the bluejay believes in Tao.
