History Lesson
HISTORY LESSON
Judge the signs the old
equivocations, chessmen
upright in the squareless now
each one knowing how to move
and where to go, red ivory and white
ivory, fight against each other
they do not need our hands
to make their moves
or our brains to contend, no,
signs struggle against signs.
