Go West, Old Man, Go West

The movie Western; what a reality. Every boy, every man, some women--love Westerns. It usually did not have to do with actual history of America in the 19th century, but it was a genre that we all cut our teeth on, in the 50's and 60's, as a kid in jammed theatre matinees cheering for the drug store cowboys, the singing cowboys, the retread silent cowboys--and then later cheering for the adult versions. Try and remember the first time you saw SHANE, or ONE EYED JACKS or THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN. I just wanted to let you all take a gander a few dozens lovely Western posters, just to give you a flavor of the whole phenomenon. Of course I could have posted hundreds, even thousands, and only have scratched the surface. Peruse and enjoy.
