Yang Chu's Poems #458
Painting by Pablo Picasso
YANG CHU’S POEMS 458
Like a solitary blade
Of grass
In a wide field of sand
That is mowed
Again and again,
I try to regrow
My face
That was moved away
By people‘ words,
I am trying,
But now only my neck
Has regrown,
But the face
Is starting to grow.
I want my face
So I can smile again.
