My Friend
So many times I have seen you
with nothing but friendship in your eyes.
Knowing the feeling you give,
but not knowing what.
Just being with you is Heaven.
No words can describe how I feel,
Each time you tell me we're friends,
I know the feeling is real.
I get the feeling of roses,
sunshine, and dew on the ground,
I get the feeling of warmth
when I think of the friendship I've found.
I get the feeling of pride when I'm with you,
and loneliness when were apart.
I cant say enough about the way I feel,
But is sure feels good in my Heart.
