The creases are still not
there yet, the ones that made
my grandfather wise and picturesque;
so I search intrepidly for the face
of the future deep in my mirror,
decades in distance from today’s
reflection when my passage nears
completion and the poetry
of my life will be written
on my forehead.

Beautiful. I think this might be my favorite of yours, Glenn. Great pic, too. (The little marks on the sides of your nose make me think of Twelve Angry Men.:)
Glenn,
This a shaver’s voyeurism or perhaps narcissism. Don’t fall in the mirror. --David
Tess, the Fonda film or Lemmon
TV version? Jack Klugman in
the original or George C. Scott
in the remake?
David, probably both, but thanks
for the alacrity.
I hope you are not thinking of going to Bardo now! I don’t think Bardot is there!
